Accommodation Arrangements for ICeLeT 2026 Participants
Dear Participants, Esteemed Members of the Scientific and Organizing Committees, Researchers, Students, and Colleagues,
We sincerely appreciate your continued support, cooperation, and patience, particularly in light of the circumstances that led to the postponement of the conference.
To facilitate the participation of attendees and following the necessary coordination and arrangements, the ICeLeT 2026 Secretariat has made special accommodation arrangements for conference participants, as outlined below.
Please note that Tuesday, August 25 (3 Shahrivar 1405) will be dedicated exclusively to educational workshops. The main conference will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, August 26–27 (4–5 Shahrivar 1405).
Free accommodation will be provided for all members of the Scientific and Organizing Committees who confirm their in-person attendance no later than the afternoon of Monday, August 17 (26 Mordad 1405).
Committee members who plan to attend the conference in person are kindly requested to notify the Secretariat by the specified deadline.
For each accepted paper, one registered author may benefit from the free accommodation provided by the conference.
Authors who wish to use this facility must officially notify the conference Secretariat of their attendance no later than Monday, August 17 (26 Mordad 1405).
Special accommodation support is also available to other officially registered conference participants, including faculty members, students, and other attendees who are not paper authors and are not members of the Scientific Committee.
For these participants, the conference will cover 50% of the accommodation cost at the lodging facilities arranged by the Secretariat. Participants will be responsible for paying the remaining 50%.
For example, if the accommodation cost is IRR 10,000,000 per person per night, the participant will pay IRR 5,000,000 per night, while the remaining amount will be covered by the conference.
Participants wishing to use this facility must also officially confirm their request by Monday, August 17 (26 Mordad 1405).
The conference is primarily planned as an in-person event, and authors are encouraged to attend and present their papers in person, particularly considering the accommodation facilities provided by the conference.
However, authors who have justified reasons preventing them from traveling to Shiraz and presenting their papers in person may submit their circumstances and request to the conference Secretariat.
Requests will be reviewed by the Secretariat, and, subject to approval, remote/online presentation facilities may be made available to a limited number of applicants.
In addition to the accommodation facilities arranged at Shiraz University and the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), arrangements have also been made for participants who prefer to stay at a hotel.
The conference Secretariat has negotiated with Persepolis Hotel Shiraz, located near the Hafezieh complex. Conference participants can benefit from accommodation at this hotel with an approximately 50% discount.
Participants who prefer hotel accommodation may take advantage of this discount by identifying themselves as ICeLeT 2026 participants when making their reservation.
All participants who wish to benefit from the accommodation facilities are kindly requested to inform the conference Secretariat as soon as possible and no later than Monday, August 17 (26 Mordad 1405) so that accommodation capacity can be planned and reserved in a timely manner.
