Scientific Papers: Scientific papers are reports of scientific activities that have novelties and are scientifically evaluated by at least two referees. Papers that are recognized as outstanding by anonymous referees and the scientific committee based on the evaluation indicators, are designated as accepted papers.

Best Practice Reports: Reports of successful and outstanding experiences that schools, educational institutions, organizations, universities, and individuals have had in the field of e-learning design and implementation, can be accepted in this conference as scientific reports of best experiences (and not papers). For these reports, there is no need of scientific novelty. Reporting a relevant scientifically valuable experience in a scientific way would be sufficient. These experiences can be in the field of producing electronic content, using technologies and software, teaching professors, teaching students, making decisions and developing regulations, supports and similar things. These reports will have only one anonymous referee and will be presented and published in the scientific reports section if accepted.

In this conference, the writing formats for papers and reports are the same, but the top title of the successful practice report will be different.
