Dear author;
First, we congratulate you for the acceptance of your paper in the ICeLeT2023. To assure you correctly know the next steps we have itemized the important points:
1. Please make sure your final paper submission is exactly according to the correct format of the conference (Link: https://icelet.ir/Home/Content/19).
2. Please make sure you pay the basic registration fee before the date of 14 Feb 2023 (Link: https://icelet.ir/Home/Content/2).
Please note that for each accepted paper one full registration fee is essential (No student registration)
3. Please prepare the powerpoint and the video of your presentation according to the guideline (Link: https://icelet.ir/Areas/Panel/Hamayesh/1/Files/ICeLeT_2023-_PresentationTemplate.rar)
- The video clip of your presentation should be between 10 – 12 minutes and the file size should not be bigger than 20 MB.
- The video should be sent to us via email (icelet2023@gmail.com) or a Google Drive link.
4. Please note that the final program will be announced by ICeLeT2023 on the website soon (https://www.icelet.ir). Check your presentation time.
You should be online or physically attend to answer the questions.
It is important to know that the papers with no show authors will be eliminated from the proceeding and no registration fee will be refunded.
