Gamification plays a role! enhancing the collaborative decision-making skills and strategic thinking abilities of employees

چکیده :
The study explores the impact of gamification on enhancing collaborative decision-making and strategic thinking skills among APP Company employees. Utilizing an action research methodology, the research involved 16 participants who engaged in a structured hidden role card game designed to simulate decision-making scenarios, allowing both skills assessment and practical application. The research tools consisted of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires created by the researcher, focusing on collaborative decision-making skills and strategic thinking, which were designed based on existing literature and foundational principles. Results indicated a significant improvement in the employees' decision-making skills and strategic thinking as a result of the gamified intervention
