The Impact of Microlearning on Employee Professional Development

چکیده :
This study investigates the perspectives of employees at a state bank in Tehran province regarding microlearning as a professional development tool. Microlearning delivers concise, targeted content designed to enhance skills and knowledge effectively. Using a non-random convenience sampling method, 60 employees participated in the study, and their views were assessed through a standardized questionnaire. The results showed a generally positive attitude toward microlearning, highlighting its effectiveness in improving memory, simplifying complex information, and facilitating study. Participants valued features such as quick access to content, mobile compatibility, and multimedia diversity. Furthermore, they expressed interest in future microlearning courses and appreciated their adaptability to various learning styles. The study found no significant relationship between demographic variables and employees’ perceptions. These findings emphasize the potential of microlearning to enhance employee development and support diverse learning needs in professional settings.
