چکیده :
The ability to communicate in English is often a requirement in both professional and academic settings, making an acceptable score in proficiency tests such as IELTS to be highly sought. With this in mind, the researchers designed and developed a VR-based IELTS simulator, in the hopes of providing a more engaging and effective learning experience for the candidates, thus improving their speaking skills. The newly-designed IELTS speaking simulator was designed and developed using the ADDIE model, and has interactive features, such as maintaining eye contact, blinking, lip synching, giving and receiving documents. It was created and installed as part of Alzahra VR Academy, version 2.0
