AI-Powered Recommendation Systems in Corporate E-Learning

چکیده :
In industrial environments where time is limited, delivering tailored learning experiences is critical to enhancing workforce efficiency. This paper presents a framework for optimizing e-learning delivery using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Learning Analytics to create personalized learning pathways tailored to employees’ roles, skill gaps, and organizational objectives. Incorporating modular content, adaptive delivery, and microlearning, the approach ensures high engagement and retention within constrained schedules. Case studies demonstrate improved productivity and continuous skill development, while addressing scalability, ethical considerations, and integration challenges. This work highlights the potential of targeted e-learning to promote a culture of efficiency and lifelong learning in industrial settings.
